The lyrics demonstrate admirable rhyming restraint. Except what does he look like? A nimp?
That tune is the same sonic hypnosis that makes people hand over cash to the accordionman on the Paris underground.
On further examination, she's playing a concertina, not an accordion. I just worked out how to spell accordion, so now I want to use it a few times.

I cannot imagine how much joy was to create a marvelous piece like this! I wish my grandfather was alive to see this, he would clap with both of his hands and would have to use his feet in addition, so the clapping would bring a wonderful resonant sound to match your accordion! Incredible. So Austro-Hungarian. Bravo, sir, bravo!

If only I had a nose so fragile it would run away with a shoe horn, as my old transgender grandmother was fond of saying. My other grandmother would, of course slap her with a fish and bemoan the time they had spent together as man and wife. And not as they are now, wife and wife. How she had once been romanced with a tiny little rubber duck. And now this! I sent it to them both in their nursing home. it made her jump up and down so hard her old withered penis popped back out. We all rejoiced at the return of my much lamented grandfather.
